“This is the most difficult song on the album because I feel vulnerable in ways I don’t like. I was very much living in a pit of despair for several years with acute and then chronic pain levels that were impossible to escape. I lost so many friends during this time, and this song came out of the
grieving process around these massive changes. This song helped me move into a place of acceptance.”
